
The TYR-1 soft start control board is a new type of motor starting and protection device that combines power electronics technology, microprocessors, and automatic control. It can start/stop the motor smoothly without any step, avoiding mechanical and electrical shocks caused by traditional starting methods such as direct starting, star/delta starting, and self coupling voltage reduction starting. It can effectively reduce the starting current and distribution capacity, and avoid investment in capacity expansion.
Its superior features (equivalent to similar products) are manifested in the following points:
1: A fairly comprehensive anti-interference measure has been taken to avoid phenomena such as misoperation or unjustified shutdown in environments where electrical equipment is concentrated. The methods adopted are as follows:
a: The communication protocol is used between the panel and the motherboard,
b: Using shielded wires as the link between the panel and motherboard,
c: All input terminals are isolated using American Xiantong optocouplers, and there is an interference pulse absorption circuit at the primary end of each optocoupler.
d: During circuit design and plate making, wiring is considered to avoid interference.

f: Built in RC absorption circuit on the board.
2: All kinds of protection are complete, and in case of a fault, the main circuit breaker trip coil can be triggered (such as using a circuit breaker with a trip coil, which can save the main contactor) or the main contactor can be disconnected, avoiding the phenomenon of phase loss burning out the motor.
3: After adjusting the parameters, the panel can be removed and the start stop can be controlled with buttons to avoid the situation of parameters being tampered with.
4: Unified design, strong interchangeability, wide control range of 50-4000A for thyristors at the output end, and able to handle thyristors with large trigger currents with ease.

1. The soft starter board has been connected to the appropriate current transformer and load, and is in normal operating condition.
